Continuum Movement Explorations:

With Val Leoffler

   Continuum Movement & Jungle Gym Instructor

                         As  we breathe, elongate, suspend & soar, we inquire about what it means

                                                                       to be a human body in these times.

Movement is life, life is movement: from the tiniest cellular quiverings in our organs to

                                             the larger dynamic expressions of fascia, bone & psyche;

we explore these elemental commonalities & mysteries with the global & beyond.

Come rest, breathe, arch, rediscover your waves & fluid origins: move, be moved,

touch, be touched, explore your fluidity & fire in a supportive environment.

Allow your animal body the embrace of movement that listens, explores

                                          & challenges while creating core strength & flexibility.

Cradling the Emergent

Saturday January 31st 12-5pm

Wave, spiral, radiant star, cellular globe: these are patterns that emerge & dissolve in the inner terrain of our tissues, psyche & lives. Join me as we enter a new year, Chinese Year of the Monkey, in  discovering what wishes to shed, dissolve & reappear in new form. We will be guided by images & sounds of nature. Discover how our movement supports & nourishes our new growth: Plant & nourish a new movement seed for yourself!
